INK SMUDGE EFFECT TUTORIAL WITH PROJECT FILE

In this tutorial, I’m going to show you a nice and easy way to use the Ink Smudge Effects in Photoshop to add an abstract effect to almost any image.




STEP 1
File -> New -> ok

STEP 2
Download the ink Smudge effects. create a Folder of them and change the blending mode to Multiply.

STEP 3
Now Drag Your image.


STEP 4
Filter-> Filter Gallery-> Artistic ->Dry Brush   Then OK.
STEP 5
Now Add a layer Mask.And Fill it with Black.

STEP 6
Download This Brush and paint like this image.

STEP 7
Now add a layer mask on this folder. and copy your image {ctrl C} .Then Click On the Mask.And press alt. Then click {ctrl V} to paste.You can see now its Black and White.

STEP 8
Now Click on the mask And press CTRL I to Invert.
STEP 9
Now You can See we are Almost done. Now i am going to adjust the level for better look.
